Open the invoice and tap Chase it. If the email address is bouncing or was marked as spam, it says so at the top and reminders will have stopped. Fix the address on their card, tap Fixed it, and send it again. Also worth checking their junk folder — invoices from an unfamiliar sender often land there the first time.
Open it, tap Chase it, then either Pause if they've promised to pay, or Stop chasing this invoice if you'd rather handle it yourself. Recording a payment stops them automatically the same day.
No — and that's deliberate. Once an invoice has a number it's locked, because gapless, unaltered numbering is what makes your records defensible if anyone ever asks. You can void it and issue a new one.
Yes. Set it per customer on their card, or on any draft from the totals block. The exchange rate is locked in the day you issue it, so your reports show what each invoice was actually worth at the time.
It drafts, you check — that's why nothing is sent until you've read it. If a price came back blank, it's because it wasn't in your saved rates and you didn't say one out loud; it won't guess. Add it under Settings → Your prices and it'll be there next time.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so cancel in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. We can't cancel it for you, and we can't issue refunds — Apple handles those.
Settings → Your account → Delete your account. It removes everything immediately: invoices, customers, payments, reminders. Nobody can get it back, including us — so save any PDFs you need for your records first.
